We teach in the traditional Mysore style Class - yogi/ni/s of all levels practise together - from beginners in Ashtanga Yoga - to advanced practitioners. Everyone is personally guided and supported in their practice!
As an advanced Ashtanga practitioner, Andrea will recognise your potential and take you to the next level of your Ashtanga practice with ease! We will refine asanas by looking at alignment and you will gain inspiring access to postures that were previously challenging.
As a beginner, Andrea will guide you step by step through the ‘Half-Primary’ - which we will slowly build up and complete during your stay.
Practise with us in a traditional Ashtanga Mysore class, at your own pace and with encouraging guidance.
